Artillery Coalition meeting: updating Defence Forces' needs and strategic planning

During an online meeting of the Artillery Coalition’s Steering Group, Deputy Minister of Defence Lieutenant General Yevhen Moisiuk discussed with partners the current needs of the Defence Forces, as well as efforts to update the Coalition’s Roadmap in light of the evolving nature of warfare.
During the meeting, the Ukrainian side briefed representatives of the participating countries on the current operational situation on the battlefield. Key proposals for revising the Coalition’s Roadmap were presented. In particular, the updated document should reflect such critical aspects as the changing tactics in the use of missile forces and artillery, the reorganisation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine through the transition to a corps-based structure, and the development of domestic arms and military equipment production.
The participants of the Artillery Coalition’s Steering Group agreed with the proposals of the Ukrainian side and confirmed their readiness for further cooperation to strengthen Ukraine's defence capabilities and counter russian aggression.
