Army+ to launch ‘Pluses’, a National Support Program for Service Members

The Ministry of Defence invites businesses and non-governmental organizations to participate in the 'Pluses' National Support Program for Service Members. Through the Army+, the Program will offer service members quick and convenient access to various goods and services, such as ticket bookings or discounted fuel purchases. 

“We are continuing to add new features and functionality to Army+. To address the social needs of our defenders, we are launching the National Support Program for Service Members called ‘Pluses.’ These 'pluses' will cover benefits related to tickets, fuel, and various goods and services. Army+ will soon provide access to all these benefits. I am grateful to the businesses that initially stepped up to offer their services to the military and thus united around our warriors,” said Kateryna Chernohorenko, Deputy Minister of Defence for Digital Development.

The ‘Pluses’ Loyalty Program for the service members will unite the country's largest businesses and organizations. Later, Army+ will feature a dedicated section offering military personnel a range of services, including ticket bookings and discounts on various goods and services, such as fuel and delivery. Army+ will provide verification through a unique service member identifier known as Army ID. Thus, defenders will have access to all the advantages in one app, which consolidates state-owned entities, private companies, and public organizations.

Ukrzaliznytsia, Ukrnafta, Nova Poshta, and Rozetka were the first companies to offer their “pluses” to military personnel.

The Ministry of Defence is currently collecting applications from businesses and compiling a list of potential participants for the Program. To learn more about the terms of participation, please follow this link to complete the form.

The Army+ was launched in August 2024. Currently, over 400,000 military personnel are registered in the app. The app has seen daily authorizations from around 5,000 service members in the past week.
