Army+ launches training course on Electronic Document Management System (EDMS)
A new training course, ‘EDMS (СЕДО): Digital Document Management in the Military,’ has launched in the Army+ app. It will help service members learn to manage documents within a unified digital environment.
The course comprises ten modules. It will guide users on how to access the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS, or СЕДО in Ukrainian), register all categories of correspondence, send and receive documents, and oversee their processing. Dedicated lessons will explain how to maintain electronic registers and prepare reports on document management.
Each module concludes with a knowledge acquisition test. After completing the course, participants must pass a final exam to receive an electronic certificate of completion.
The Army+ application now features a total of fourteen training courses. 125,000 users are enrolled in training courses, with 55,000 having successfully completed at least one course. The most popular courses are ‘UAV Fundamentals: An Introduction to Unmanned Systems,’ ‘Information Resilience: Cybersecurity,’ and ‘Fundamentals of Battlefield Communication’.
