Army+ launches survey to assess attitudes toward military service

A new survey has been launched in the Army+ app. Using this, the Main Directorate for Crisis Response (MDCR) seeks to gather insights into defenders' attitudes toward military service.

Through 16 questions, the MDCR aims to identify key challenges faced by service members and determine priority issues requiring resolution. The survey will be active for three weeks, with all responses ensured to remain fully anonymous.

“Through Army+, we have demonstrated that transformation within the military is achievable. A platform for sharing opinions is essential for this purpose. Today, an important survey has been launched, and I encourage participation, as it will have a direct impact on the reforms. This is a great opportunity to bring attention to issues and start addressing them systematically,” said Kateryna Chernohorenko, Deputy Minister of Defence for Digital Development.

Since the launch of Army+, a total of 11 surveys have been conducted in the app, gathering over 200,000 responses. On average, approximately 20,000 users provide feedback on the issues raised in the app. The survey on developing the ‘Pluses’ National Support Program for Service Members became the most popular, with nearly 45,000 service members participating.
