Army+ launches survey on Basic General Military Training

The Army+ app has launched a new survey to gather feedback from service members on their Basic General Military Training (BGMT). The survey will run for two weeks, from 27 November to 10 December, and consists of more than 30 questions.

It explores the real experience of service members: how the training took place, what difficulties they encountered, and whether those issues related to the training process, accommodation, supplies, or daily living conditions. The collected responses will help identify problem areas and priority tasks for improving BGMT.

The survey is anonymous and covers key aspects of BGMT, including instructor performance and practical training, as well as accommodation, supplies, and interactions within the training center.

The survey is available in the “Surveys” section of the Army+ app.

Since the launch of Army+, a total of 19 surveys have been conducted in the app. On average, approximately 20,000 users take part in each survey. Based on the feedback received from service members, several changes have already been implemented: a multi-signature feature for commanders has been introduced, the strategy for field ration provision has been revised, and a new Head of the Hetman Petro Sahaidachnyi National Army Academy was appointed this winter.
