Army+ in 2025: one million reports and the digital transformation of services across military units

In 2025, more than one million reports were submitted via Army+, with 760,000 already approved. This confirms the system-wide use of the service across units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other components of the Defence Forces.

Leading units in the use of Army+ reports in 2025:

  • 95th Separate Air Assault Brigade ‘Polissia’: 23,792 reports submitted
  • 47th Separate Mechanized Brigade “Magura”: 22,736
  • 5th Separate Assault Brigade ‘Kyiv’: 17,672
  • 25th Separate Airborne Brigade ‘Sicheslav’: 10,905
  • 23rd Separate Mechanized Brigade: 10,886
  • 40th Separate Coast Guard Brigade: 10,110

The top ten most active Army+ users also included the 783rd Separate Brigade for Operational Area Support of the State Special Transport Service (9,405 reports), the 148th Separate Zhytomyr Artillery Brigade (8,606), the 710th Separate Security Brigade of the State Special Transport Service (8,226), and the 34th Separate Coast Guard Brigade of the Marine Corps (7,964), demonstrating the broad adoption of digital reporting across different components of the military.

In addition to the units leading in the number of reports submitted, the highest growth rates in Army+ usage over the year were recorded by:

  • 412th Separate Unmanned Systems Brigade NEMESIS (+61.3%)
  • 305th Separate Electronic Warfare Regiment (+51%)
  • 80th Air Assault Brigade “Halychyna” (+50.4%)
  • 222nd Central Artillery Ammunition Depot (+48.7%)
  • Poltava Zonal Department of the Military Law Enforcement Service (+45.6%)
  • 808th Dniester Separate Support Brigade (+45.3%)

Army+ offers 50 types of reports that service members can submit online. The most frequently submitted reports are for annual leave (34%), health recovery (23%), and requests for Form F5 (military service record) (12.5%).

Army+ also streamlines commanders’ work by allowing them to view approval statuses, make decisions more quickly, and use multi-signature functionality to process large volumes of reports simultaneously.

The Army+ app was developed by the Armed Forces of Ukraine’s Center for Scaling Technological Solutions, together with service members and IT specialists with combat experience. This enables the development of digital services that take into account the real needs of units and the conditions of service.

The results of 2025 show that Army+ is gradually becoming a standard tool for military administrative interactions, reducing paperwork and saving service members’ time—from soldiers to commanders.
