Army+ has launched a survey on the ‘Pluses’ National Support Program

A new survey has been launched in the Army+ app regarding the 'Pluses' National Support Program for Service Members.

The Ministry of Defence is gathering input on service members' experience with the Program, their expectations for the 'Pluses,' and their critical needs. This will help assess which offers and which Ukrainian businesses should be added to the Program as a priority.

“Almost two months in, and the 'Pluses' have received a strong response. We are committed to developing an even more effective and essential service for service members, so we seek their feedback on the Program. Without your input, no changes can be made to the ecosystem of services for defenders, so we eagerly await your opinions,” said Kateryna Chernohorenko, Deputy Minister of Defence for Digital Development.

The survey will be open for 14 days, until March 4. It will take no longer than 5 minutes to complete.

As a reminder, the 'Pluses' program was launched in December. Its main objective is to bring together large businesses and offer the best discounts to defenders. Over this period, the military has already taken advantage of the offers 125,000 times. The first companies to join the Program were Ukrzaliznytsia, offering railway tickets from a special reserve; Ukrnafta, providing discounts on fuel and menu items; the logistics company Nova Poshta, offering delivery to frontline branches just for 1 UAH; and the WOG fuel station network, with discounts on fuel and items from the cafe menu and market.
