Army+ has launched a survey on obtaining Combatant Status

A new survey has been launched in the Army+ application, focusing on the Combatant Status. The Ministry of Defence seeks to understand the process and duration of obtaining this status, as well as the benefits provided by Combatant Status and which of them are most frequently utilized.
The survey consists of 13 questions and is available until May 25. Responses will help identify issues in the current process and directly contribute to its improvement.
“The Combatant Status is one of the most important documents for military personnel. It grants them benefits and services. “Our defenders must receive what they are rightfully entitled to in a swift and efficient manner. Thus, we seek to gather more insights on the current process and identify necessary changes,” said Kateryna Chernohorenko, Deputy Minister of Defence for Digital Development.
Since the launch of Army+, a total of 13 surveys have been conducted. On average, approximately 20,000 users provide feedback on the issues raised in the app. Recent changes resulting from these surveys include a revised strategy for field ration provision in the military and the appointment of a new Head of the Hetman Petro Sahaidachnyi National Army Academy.
