The Army+ app has added 5 new electronic reports covering various stages of military service, including challenging situations like injuries or returning from captivity. 

"Each month, new reports will appear in Army+. In this version, we've added, among other things, Form 5, a service record document. This is one of the most sought-after documents for military personnel to access state-guaranteed services. For example, it allows the child of a service memebr to get a priority right to a place in kindergarten," said Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization, Kateryna Chernohorenko.

In Army+ version 2.0, the following reports are available:

1. Obtaining Form 5 for confirmation of military service. With it, service members or their families can access state-guaranteed benefits.

2. Travel Outside the Garrison. This report allows service members to leave the garrison for personal matters or leisure during weekends or holidays.   

3. Exemption from Service Duties Due to Health Reasons. If a service member's health suddenly declines or they are injured, they have the right to receive temporary exemption to recover. 

4. One-time Payment After Signing the First Contract. This is a guaranteed benefit for those who are enlisting in the Armed Forces of Ukraine on contract for the first time. 

5. Leave After Release from Captivity. Soldiers who wish to continue service after captivity are entitled to additional leave.

Moreover, the report functionality has been expanded. Now, the initiator can withdraw a report, and commanders can view the previous approver of a report. For example, a company commander can see if a platoon commander has already approved a soldier's report before making a final decision.
