Additional resources for defense purposes are critically important in support of the nation's defenders

The main topic of the discussion was the provision of an additional UAH 500 billion for defense needs.

60% is going to be spent on the salaries of the military. Weapons and critical needs of the Armed Forces account for another 40%.

“The initiatives taken by the Government and the Ministry of Finance to address this are extremely important. It is a search for dialogue and a deepening of trust and cooperation with the businesses. Our defenders fight every day for our independence. Hence, the state should provide them with the best possible conditions and resources to fulfill their duties," Rustem Umerov pointed out.
