A total of 150 marriages have already been registered via the Priority Marriage feature in the Army+ app

Thanks to the feature that allows users to choose priority dates and times for marriage registration via the Diia platform through the Army+ app, 150 marriages have already been officially registered. The first 10 couples will be awarded a vacation in the Carpathians and jewelry from Army+ partners.
“Our team is thrilled that the feature has resonated with users and that 150 new families have been officially formed in Ukraine. We wish them happiness and love. Ten couples who were the first to get married will receive gifts from our partners: five will enjoy a weekend at the IZKI eco-resort, and another five will receive certificates for matching wedding rings from the KIMBERLI jewelry house,” said Kateryna Chernohorenko, Deputy Minister of Defence for Digital Development.
To secure the earliest available date and time for marriage registration, a service member must submit a request via the ‘Services’ section in the Army+ app.
Once a partner confirms their readiness to marry, Diia will offer available dates and times to choose from. A link to the ceremony will appear in Diia on the wedding day. The online marriage ceremony, which lasts up to 30 minutes, requires both parties to have an ID card or an international passport in Diia, as well as a verified tax number.
The service fee includes the videoconference ceremony (1,016 UAH on weekdays), a state fee (0.85 UAH), and a bank commission (1.44% of the fee amount). After the ceremony, a digital marriage certificate will appear in Diia. Couples can also order a hard copy of the certificate, delivered by Ukrposhta or courier, for 390 UAH per address.
