A survey on transfers between military units has been launched in the Army+ app
A new survey in the Army+ app allows service members to share their opinions on the possibility of transfers between units.
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are working to create a digital service that will streamline the process of transfers between priority military units, and understanding the perspectives of service members is crucial for this.
“The Ukrainian Defense Forces need motivated service members. We believe that the ability to change one’s service location and unit affects military effectiveness. This will help them serve where they want to. Thanks to this survey, we can improve the transfer process, making it easier to change service locations without unnecessary bureaucracy,” stated Kateryna Chernohorenko, Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for Digitalization.
The survey will run until November 10 and will include 12 questions. The depersonalized results will directly influence the algorithm for transferring service members, an improvement anticipated by many military personnel.
The survey feature was introduced in the Army+ app in early August. Since then, over 36,000 service members have participated in three surveys, sharing their views on current issues.
