Liubov Halan
Liubov Halan was appointed Deputy Minister of Defence of Ukraine on 29 July 2026 pursuant to Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 736-r of 29 July 2026. Prior to her appointment, she served as Head of the Pryncyp Human Rights Centre for Service Members.

- improving legislation on the social and legal protection of service members and their families.
