Directorate of Economic Analysis and Planning
Main tasks:
Reviewing of the markets for armaments, military and special equipment, and other defenсe-related goods, works, and services to meet the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
Monitoring the execution of contracts to implement policies aimed at equipping the Armed Forces of Ukraine with modern weapons, military and special equipment, and other defenсe-related goods, works, and services in peacetime and during a special period;
Participating, within its authority, in the planning, coordination, and control of the preparation and execution of defenсe and public procurement;
Participating, within its authority, in the organization of work related to the conclusion of defenсe and public procurement contracts involving the Ministry of Defenсe, including their preparation and approval, as well as verifying information about potential contractors with whom the Ministry of Defenсe considering the possibility of concluding contracts;
Monitoring the activities of business entities that belong to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Defenсe, in accordance with the procedure established in the Ministry of Defenсe.
