Department of Information - Organizational Work and Control
Main tasks:
Organizing the documentation of management activities and document flow within the Ministry of Defence in accordance with established requirements;
Ensuring the exercise of the Minister of Defence of Ukraine's powers as a member of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, head of the Ministry of Defence, and administrative management of the Armed Forces;
Reengineering and legal regulation of management information documentation processes within the Ministry of Defence system;
Organizing and ensuring the administration of the electronic document management system databases;
Monitoring and controlling the implementation of laws of Ukraine, acts and orders of the President of Ukraine, inquiries and appeals from members of Parliament of Ukraine, acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, directives (resolutions) of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Apparatus of the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine, orders of the Ministry of Defence, and directives of the Minister of Defence of Ukraine;
Organizing the work of the Ministry of Defensc's collegium.
