Anatolii Kutsevol
Anatolii Kutsevol was born in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Education
Anatolii Kutsevol obtained his higher education in philology, economics, and public administration:
- Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, degree in Translation (Italian and English).
- Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, degree in Economics.
- National Academy for Public Administration under the President of Ukraine, Master’s degree in Public Administration.
He holds a PhD in Public Administration.
Fluent in Ukrainian, English, and Italian.
Professional Background
Anatolii Kutsevol started his career in public service in 2007 at the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, Department for Coordination of International Technical Assistance.
In 2008, he joined the Directorate for European Integration of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, serving in various capacities until 2011.
From 2011 to 2014, he served as Chief Consultant of the Division for Internal Market and Enterprise Finance, Directorate for Financial Policy and Economic Reform Implementation at the Administration of the President of Ukraine.
In 2014, he rejoined the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, holding positions responsible for promoting European integration.
From 2016 to 2020, Anatolii Kutsevol was engaged in civic activities within several civil society organizations.
In 2020, he was appointed Deputy State Secretary of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
From 2023 to 2025, he held the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Republic of Latvia.
On 17 October 2025, Anatolii Kutsevol assumed office as Deputy Minister of Defence of Ukraine for European Integration.
